A Xerox Copy of Passport, Adhaar, Driving Licence, or any Govt. ID is accepted as ID Proof(s). PAN Card is Not accepted as ID Proof(s) No outside Eatables & Beverages are Allowed in the Resort. Starters, Sides & Beverages can be ordered on Ala – Carte as per timings stated & are not included in Buffet Menu. Meal Timings: To be Adhered to as stated Drivers/Cleaners: Meal Charges & Stay Charges are Applicable if needed Swimming Pool (10.30am to 5.00pm) Pool time break 1.30pm to 3.00pm. Any damage or loss of items in the room/property will be charged as per the cost of Item(s). Booking once made no refund will be permitted. A credit note will be issued for utilizing the amount within 3 months of the original booking date unless specified otherwise. Cancellations up to 1 week or more before the check-in date, a credit note will be issued to the guest. Cancellation Between 7 days and 3 Days before check-in, 50% of the billing amount will be charged. Cancellation within 3 days before Check-in; no Refund or 100% of billing amount. Billing will be done on the number booked/guaranteed at the time of reservation
